To start: we have a lot of food allergies and sensitivities in our household, so I make most of our food! Here is where I will post my perfected recipes that we use all the time. Gluten-free Flour mix:

15 cups Brown Rice Flour
10 cups Sorghum Flour
7.5 cups Potato Starch (NOT potato flour)
4.5 cups Tapioca Starch/Flour (can sub Arrowroot Starch)
1/3 cup Xanthan Gum

Put all in a large container, mixing well with a whisk. I like to mix it a bit at a time as I’m adding each flour or starch!

Can use in all recipes calling for GF flour mix!

*you can also use up to 3 cups of Corn Starch and reduce the Potato and Tapioca Starches. For our family, corn is an issue so we don’t use it.
